Credit card fraud is a felony and we will aggressively prosecute anyone attempting to misuse a credit card number.


Disputing a valid charge for services that I provided is fraud. In addition to the amount of your call, returned checks are subject to a $30 fine;
credit card disputes have a $50 fine attached. Unpaid charges are forwarded to my collection agency.
If the matter is not resolved in the time allotted by The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the unpaid balance will be reported on your credit
report and in the case of a bad check to the national check clearinghouse. Also, your district attorney will be contacted in order to initiate fraud
prosecution procedures and a write-up in your local newspaper listing your name and address will be issued indicating that you have not paid
your debt for the phone sex services you received.
